The Business Courier named Standard Textile a 2015 Healthiest Employer during an award ceremony held on May 12 at Xavier University’s Cintas Center. The event recognized Standard Textile as a company dedicated to inspiring health and wellness in the workplace.

To determine the honorees, the Courier contracted with Indianapolis-based Healthiest Employer. Participating employers completed an online survey of 75 questions that evaluated wellness initiatives in the areas of culture and leadership; foundational elements; strategic planning; communication and marketing; programming and intervention, and reporting and analysis. The responses were given a numeric value that was tallied, and the highest-scoring companies in each size category were the winners. Standard Textile won in the 1,500-4,999 employees category.

Through partnerships with Interactive Health, TriHealth, and the American Heart Association, Standard Textile is committed to helping educate and empower our associates to take control of their health.
