The Sales Training Certification Program is comprised of both internal classroom and field training. A sales trainer who is responsible for the trainee’s successful completion of the sales training program leads this comprehensive process. In addition to the sales trainer, subject matter experts and sales managers teach the internal courses. Sales trainees are required to pass written and oral exams.
Sales trainees also travel with experienced sales consultants. The sales consultants provide mentoring and teach the trainee how to use the classroom knowledge in "real life" sales situations. Trainees receive feedback after each course and travel experience. To enhance their training experience, trainees periodically make presentations to the sales management team. The sales certification process lasts between six and eight months.
