Press Release: Standard Textile Enters into Agreement with Al. Neyer to Construct 587,000 sf Distribution Center in Northern Kentucky

CINCINNATI (February 3, 2020) – Standard Textile Co., Inc., a global leader in the hospitality and healthcare textile markets, announces it has entered into an agreement with commercial real estate developer and design-builder Al. Neyer to begin construction of a distribution center in Hebron, Kentucky.

The distribution center will service institutional customers located in the Midwest and Northeast regions as well as service its growing online retail business in North America. An Outlet Store is also included in the design and will be open to the public. Space will also be available for sublease.

Standard Textile currently operates a 453,320 square-feet distribution center at 2250 Progress Drive in Hebron, Kentucky and plans to transition all operations to the new facility. The company has been piloting an Outlet Store at its current location and has experienced increasing demand for its premium bedding, bath, and home textile products.

Construction of the 585,792 square-feet distribution facility is planned to begin in February 2020 with the facility expected to be operational by February 2021. Standard Textile will occupy 438,638 square feet of the space with the remaining 147,154 square feet available for lease.

The new distribution facility will be located at the corner of Riverview Drive and Petersburg Road in Hebron, Kentucky.
