Standard Textile Named One of the 2026 Healthiest Employers in Ohio

Standard Textile Co., Inc., a global leader in healthcare and hospitality textiles, has been named a 2026 Healthiest Employer in Ohio, a nationally recognized awards program that celebrates organizations committed to supporting employee well-being through innovative benefits and health initiatives.

The honor reflects Standard Textile’s longstanding commitment to associate well-being and its holistic approach to physical, mental, financial, social and community wellness. The company combines preventive care, wellness coaching, financial incentives and data-driven insights to help associates and their families take an active role in their health.

Standard Textile emphasizes participation and preventive action as a pathway to better health outcomes. Approximately 90% of associates and spouses enrolled in the company’s medical plan complete a biometric screening and either an annual preventive physical or two wellness coaching sessions to better understand their health and take steps to improve it.

That focus is translating into results, with year-over-year improvements in key health indicators and healthy behaviors, including BMI, blood pressure and exercise habits.

All honorees completed the annual Healthiest Employers assessment, which uses a proprietary 1-100 scoring rubric. The assessment evaluates six key areas of organizational health and wellness, including strategy, culture, and outcomes.
